Sweet Teenage Love Poems
These teenage love poems are sentimental. The fisrt one is called "My Love" and talks about appreciating the person that you love. I think it's important to tell your love that you appreciate everything that they do for you and the way that they are.
My Love
My precious love that I truly adore,
Every day with you, I wish to explore.
I love the way, you always surprise,
As you look at me, with those beautiful eyes.
How can I show you, the joy that you bring,
The evidence is here, you see me sing.
Just want to thank you, for time that we share,
This shows me clearly, how much you care.
Whenever you need me, I will always be there,
If I was a bird, you’d be my air.
I hope you always stay the same,
My love for you, I shall loudly proclaim.

"It's Over" is the next teenage love poem. It is a bit sad and talks about a break up. As you will see, a teenage girl is talking about her ex-boyfriend in this one. It looks like she is quite upset.
It’s Over
I thought our love would actually work,
But you turned out to be a jerk.
Acting different, when friends around,
Even by the way you’d sound.
I really thought we had something going,
For a while, it was all flowing.
Until you started to ignore,
Opening your feelings, became a chore.
I won’t lie, I’m still pretty sad,
At myself, I’m often mad.
But me and you, are done for good,
We tried everything, that we could.

If you are a teenage girl, I hope that poem is liberating. The message behind the poem is that it is not ok to be treated poorly by someone. No matter what they say or how many times they say that they love you. Respect is absolutely crucial for any relationship to succeed. So stand up for yourself and keep your head up high.
The sweet teenage love poems below talks about a strong love between two teenagers and how others are judging the authenticity of this love based on their age. I can see many teens being able to relate to this poem.
I do not agree with those individuals who say that teen love is not meaningful or authentic. I think in many instances it can even be more authentic and real than the love between two adults.
Real Love
No matter what they say,
My love for you, I shall always display.
We both know, how we feel,
Our love is special, and it’s real.
They say it’s fake, and a part of youth,
But our love is filled, with only truth.
It is something unique and very strong,
Me and you, right here - belong
They all stare at our age,
Shake their heads and close to rage.
But deep inside they probably crave,
The real love, that we rave.

How can a person looking from the outside question how someone else is feeling on the inside? I don't think it's right. The irony behind these types of situations is that the people that question and judge the teens or youth are often incapable of sustaining meaningful relationship themselves. But yet, they are quick to judge others.
