Sad love poems may vary in many ways. Some are for those who are going through a breakup or divorce. Torn Heart
Ages ago, our love stood strong like a tree,
Roots pulled from soil, like a boat in the sea.
Unforgiving, the sorrow increased,
Broken that heart, vultures did feast.
Mind filled with reasons, and limitless fault,
I craved for peace, from torn heart assault.
Impatiently waited, for my heart to reply,
Why has this happened, I yelled at the sky.
This was yesterday or ages ago,
I feel confused, like summer and snow.
Anger cannot be directed at time,
Currently slow, but it shall help with my climb

The day that you left, my heart felt a pain,

Your safety and health, I truly did fear.
I dream of the day, I’ll jump in your arms,
The door will fly open, with all of your charms.
But as I wait for that day, let me remind,
